I have a user who brought in his home pc. Turned out to have a bad hard drive so I am replacing it and reloading it from scratch. I have w98 successfully loaded along with all sound, modem, etc. without a problem. Have setup several other software using a cd but when I try to install Office97 the cd hangs and will not set up. Does any one know what is causing this? Does it have to do with something in the registry or flags or something? Please help………….
