OfficeXPPro-A Red X

By Virgoan ·
User A forwarded a mail to user B in HTML format but B cannot view the attached picture. It displayed as a red X. Had forwarded user B mail to myself, it was still the same-a red X. Any expert can help? OS is WinXPPro. Office is OfficeXPPro.

A typical installation of Office XP does not include all available graphics filters.

Run Office XP Setup?click Add or Remove Features?Next?expand Office Shared Features?expand Converters and filters?click Graphics Filters?click Run from My Computer (on the shortcut menu)?click Update

Was this through Outlook/Exchange? Outlook thinks it needs to protect us from boogie men.
Look in Outlook's tools\Options\Security\Down load pictures: and click on "Change automatic
download settings"

Thank you for your reply but this didn't help me because my user is using OfficeXP Pro and running on Outlook.
