Need more info on infringement cases and if there are any workarounds for images used on a commercial site (only as decor – not in any representation of a product or service).
I’m sure “innocent infringement” could apply, but what does that really mean as far as monetary damages?
Why is it that the liability for an image transfers from the designer (3rd party or not)
to the website owning company?
