All,
No matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall the Olympus DSS Player PRo software, I cannot get it to open. The Dictation phone is recognized by the PC just fine but the Software will not open. I noticed in Task Manager that the .exe file will open for a moment, but then closes.
Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
