after installing Olympus DSS Player Pro v 4.10.3 to be used with their voice recorder model 2300, i edited settings as follows:
– DSS files from the recorder would default to Folder B in the UI.
– Olympus will auto download from recorder upon it’s connecting to the PC.
– Olympus will delete files from the recorder after download is complete.
I could not get Olympus to recognize the recorder and auto-download however until I finally tried enabling the dialog prompt setting to confirm deletion of original files from recorder. For some reason, changing that setting caused the player to recognize the recorder upon connection.
Any ideas?
