OneNote - using a Page like a hardcopy manilla folder file, newest at top

By fsat ·
Hi we have just started using OneNote for document management, amongst other purposes. I want to replace correspondence files (hard files, where we print out every letter and email and spike it on the file). I create a tab for each file. I want it to work similarly to a hard file, so rather than create a new page or subpage for every single letter/email I want it all on the same page so I can easily scroll down (similar to flipping through a hard file) without having to enter and exit pages. The most recent letter, on our hard files, is of course on the top of the file (last one put on the spike). I'd like it to be the same with OneNote however when I go into Outlook and click on OneNote, the email transfers to UNDER the previous email put on that OneNote page.

Is there any way of changing the settings so that for things such as email transfer it will come up at the top of the page and automatically move previous entries down the page. Similarly, if I want to go onto a page and insert new text at the top of the page, is there any way of shunting all previous entries down in one go? Otherwise if I move the one below my entry down it will simply go on top of the one before it...

I hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance!
