this is just to good to be true.

US anti-terrorism laws are a breach of the Canadian Privacy Laws, so this guy is right to be pissed.

but sooner or later the Credit Union he is doing this to is going to realize he is breaking a Canadian Law by doing this.
[ it is actually illegal to pay your bill with nothing but pennies, he had better put a 5 cent payment in to keep it legal ]:) ]

The article actually misrepresents the impact of the us antiterrorism laws, any company with an office in the usa MUST hand over all data they have, from all offices world wide when the us government asks for it.

a complete breach of almost every countries privacy laws.
