Open Other Users Folders in Outlook via Citrix

I use a feature in Outlook 2003 where I can tell the system to “also open the following mailboxes” in Outlook 2003. This works when I use Outlook on my desktop but is not available when accessing my email via citrix.

Any suggestions on configuration changes I need to make?
