I am trying to assist an ederly neighbor to regain her incredimail they keep getting a message “mscoree.dll cannot be located and is required to open Incredimail” I downloaded MScoree.dll and downloaded incredimail again (without removing the one on the disk.) No luck message still appears. PC then froze and I cannot get it to open windows, nor able to open in safe mode striking F3. Can anyone assist?
