OpenOffice.org spreadsheet problem

By shh54209 ·
While developing a spreadsheet I noticed that the rows started with row 2 rather then row 1. I did not intentionaly HIDE row 1.

Now I cannot SHOW row 1 because I cannot bracket it on both sides to identify it to the program.

Is this a bug or simply my lack of familiarity with the program? I was not successful searching the HELP file.

Hope someone can help me with this. It may be only cosmetic now but it may prove bothersome when I go to multiple sheets.

Thanks

If you did hide row 1 accidentally, do the following.

Move the mouse to the top of the row2 heading and click and drag down (the same way you would change the size of a row). This should reveal row 1.

Click on the grey square between the Row number and Column letter. The whole sheet will be selected. Now go to Format>Rows and Unhide.
Or
In the Name box type A1; hit Enter. Now go to Format>Rows and Unhide.

I just tried this myself.

Move the cursor over the line between row "2" and the row labels until you get the size cursor, right click, and select show.
