Opinion on 2000

Hi,
I have a windows nt4.0 environment…
I’m just starting to populate the client’s pc’s w/windows 2000 pro…
In a opinion is it better to give them ntfs or fat 32 when I’m setting up the explorer security.
I do know ntfs gives better security…
