I am currently working on my MCDBA (got a wonderful test network set up to practice with and doing self-study since I’m broke) and will next be tackling an Oracle cert. The problem is, I can’t seem to find an evaluation copy of Oracle to practice with. Microsoft sells an eval copy of Win2k with one of their books and has SQL eval free for download from their site, but no Oracle book I’ve looked at has an eval copy and I can’t figure out Oracle’s site for anything. Does anyone know if it is possible to download (or for a relatively small price, purchase) an evaluation copy of Oracle for learning purposes?
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
