Hello Everyone!
I have just joined due to CNT Forums having suddenly been closed.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active.
Recently the photos that I have taken of either a document or a photo, have ended up in the Landscape format – on their side – instead of Portrait.
To my knowledge, I have not altered anything in any of my Settings.
I cannot find any way to change this to Portrait in the Settings on the Camera tabs, and my Gallery does not indicate any way I may do this either.
I would be most grateful if anyone could offer any advice.
Being well past my ‘sell-by’ date, technical details are sometimes difficult for me to follow, so may I ask for your assistance in ‘simple’ terms, please!
