Orientation of the Data in Excel

Can we change the orientation of data in Excel? E.g If the data is in coloum can it change to row without cutting and pasting individual cell contents.

Hello...

Yes. Use "Paste Special" and check the "Transpose" option.

Steps:

1. Select the cells in the column.
2. File->Copy
3. Select the cells in the row.
4. File->Paste Special
5. Check Transpose.
6. Click OK.
