I am currently working in South Korea and so happened that I have bought a 2nd hand PC. By the way I am a Filipino Overseas worker in here. The problem is I could not understand some writings on the Windows and all I have to do each time I use is to memorize everything in the windows I used to before (the English version). Is there any way to change the Windows language? Can you help me about it?

do a right click on the desktop, left click on "properties", or otherwise go to "display properties". Go to 3rd tab over "appearance". the bottom small window is a drop down. Choose "icon" and then some other items to change the font style that appears to the right. "borders", "background" and other will gray out the font option...Notepad has it's own menu option for changing the font style.
