Out of memory Outlook 2002.

I have a colleague that has a problem when trying to print a mail from his outlook 2002.
He gets the error ” out of memory or system resources “. He has no other applications running and a reboot doesn’t help either.

He uses W2000 with 256kRAM.
The printer is a HP laserjet 2100TN and noone else has the same problem.
