Out of office not turning off

By Professor-X ·

User had out of office on and mean while he opened outlook few times, so got prompted if he wants to turn off out of office and he selected "No".

Now user is back in the office and when he opened outlook, he didn't get a prompt to turn off Out of Office and when he tried to access "Out of office assistant..." got the error msg "The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to user this extension". So, user can't turn it off.

any suggestion?

Enable .dll file in Outlook

by Professor-X In reply to Out of office not turning ...

Ok - I found the answer. Out*.dll enabled from Help>About>Disabled items.

So, when user logged back in, it prompted user again to keep the Out of office open or not. User disabled it and confirmed auto reply stopped.

* - don't remember the full name

Thanks mate.

Just a question, how do get the notification about these questions, I mean how can I subscribe to receive notification if some one posts a question about MS-Office or Windows issues instead of searching them manually.

Much appreciated.
