Out or memory or system resources

I have a machine running WIndows XP SP1 and Outlook XP, when the user tries to print an email with attachments she gets an error message stating
“Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again”
There are no other programs open and the error only occurs when she tries to print the attachments as well as the email.
If she unticks the print attached files optiion the same emails prints with no problems.
Any help would be much appreciated.
