outbind /19- error in outlook

when forwarding messages periodically the user recieves the outbind /19- message attatched at the top of the out going message:outbind://19-000000004CD16D0131E3D511AC5900A0C9E587A807007595CA9D82BAD411AC5000A0C9E587A8000001966FF50000C277F437BFF4484B99529CE872D7E695000000E5E5580000/cid:002101c36cf2$4a51b4e0$6901a8c0@newthink
office XP /os=WinXP sp1
any ideas anyone?

You'll see this error when a Microsoft Publisher publication is sent as an email. This behavior occurs because Outlook does not allow the Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (DHTML) script in the publication to run. This script enables the text-wrap feature in the publication. Because of security risks from e-mail-based viruses, Outlook blocks scripts from running that may compromise computer security.

By the way, Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem, and it's the SENDER of the email that must implement the fix.
