Outgoing messages filtering

Hi all

I’am looking for a tool to filter all outgoing messages from my organization.

I’m using Exchange 2003 and the idea is to prevent messages with important info goes to personal e-mail accounts as yahoo or hotmail

Does anyone know a tool like this?
