outllib.dll caused a page fault

When person tries to open her inbox she receives the above error.

She can send a new mail message. She can view it but she can not open the inbox.

I deleted the profile, recreated it, repaired outlook, reinstalled outlook, created a new user and restored her stuff to new user but still no good.

Like I said it worked for a while when I seleted send message using ms word instead of html but she has hotbar working too.

Any ideas.
