Outllok 2007 not displaying headers before downloading the full mail

Hi
I selected the “Downlad Headers and then Full Items” option in my Outlook 2007. Initially its showing its downloading all headers but its not displaying any of those headers. After its downloaded that mail then its displaying. Where as in Outlook2003 it used to display all headers first then its started downloading one by one. Please help me what went wrong in my settings.
