Outllook 02 and ACT!

When using ACT! to send emails Outlook ’02 prompts with the following message: “A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose “No”.” How can I turn this security setting off in Outlook ’02?
