I have a user on Outlook 2007 with Windows Vista OS. E-mail is set up with IMAP. She is unable to add reminders to her e-mail messages. When she clicks on Follow Up or right-clicks on a flag in the message list, there is no option for changing/adding dates of any type. I suspect this is due to the IMAP setup. Is there a workaround or anything else we can try?
