Outlook 2000

When forwarding a message in Outlook, if our users try to edit the original message before sending it, Outlook generates an error and closes.
It then states it generated a log fie.
I tried to find the log file in case it could shed some light onthe problem, but I can’t find it anywhere.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it makes no difference. Applied latest
Windows service packs, nothing seems to help.

Has anyone had this problem? What can I do to fix it?
