Outlook 2000

By marimyre ·
I chose the wrong configuration type when setting up Outlook 2000. Rather than setting up an Internet E-mail setting, I should have chosen to manually configure services.

Does anyone have any help in backing off what has been configured so that I can configure Outlook for MS Mail? No internet email involved at this time.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Mari

first you need to remove the internet mail then add the ms mail. What might also happen is that Outlook will also see the *.pst file that was created when you did the internet mail. You should go and delete this file as long as there aren't any e-mails you want. If you have e-mails you want to save. Export them click on fi;le then go to import/export and foillow the instructions. Hope this helps out
