Outlook 2000 and 2003 are locking up

We migrated a Windows 2000 network with Exchange 2000 to Windows 2003 with Exchange 2003. Since we did this users will be in outlook and try to open a folder and will get an hour glass and then have to reboot their machine. It does not happen all of time however it does happen to different people everyday.
