Outlook 2000, autoforwarding Inbox to Pu

A user wants a rule to autoforward emails with UDP in the subject line from his inbox to a public folder when he’s out of office. Im having a hard time implementing this. DETAILED help is needed. Can it even be done? We use Outlook 2000, Exchange 5.5 and NT 4.0.
