Outlook 2000 connection settings

How can I transfer outlook’s connection settings and user accounts over the network? I am currently running Linux’ Sendmail 8.0 as my email server and Windows 2000 Server as my domain server. my email accounts resides on Linux and my problem is, user names are not migrated automatically in Outlook once the users logs in. And also i would want the connection settings be set and transfered automatically in the client.
