One user of Outlook 2000 (on Win 98)finds her emails truncated, only when receiving html-formatted emails from Outlook 2002.
If she selects “Edit message” in the edit menu, the whole email appears in Word. If I receive the same email from the same 2002 sender, it is not truncated. I have the same Outlook 2000, but on Win2000. If she forwards her truncated email to me, it’s still truncated when I get it. Doesn’t matter if the outgoing message Option is for html or not.
Any ideas?
