Outlook 2000 defining print style

Outlook 2000 gives blue screen and reboots automatically when user click on defining print style>edit.

Update to SR1 – still error
Update to SP3 – still error
Uninstall and reinstall – still error

O.S is windows 2000 pro SP3 with all pre SP 4 patch installed.PLease help
