Outlook 2000 deleting messages

Outlook 2000 is automatically deleting messages from users that aren’t on the junk senders mailing list. All service packs are installed and the system is up to date with patches. Checked to make sure senders aren’t in junk mail list. Any solutions as to stopping this occurring.
