Outlook 2000 Mail Rules Not Working

I use both Outlook Express and Outlook for more than one e-mail account. After importing e-mails and mail rules from Outlook Express into Outlook, I noticed none of the mail rules were working, as well as all of the “Delete from server” rules were not imported.

I tried editing, then deleting all rules and starting over. The rules are saved, and all the information is there, but nothing I am doing is getting the rules to work.
