Outlook 2000 Multiple Email Addresses

I am running outlook 2000 and have just added a second email address to the system. At present whenever I send a message from the new address, in the header it contains the address of the old and the new email addresses. As one is personal and the other work related I only want one visible in a header per email. When sending from the old one no such problem exists with the new one.
