Outlook 2000 New Features

What are the new features in Outlook 2000? Does anyone know of sites where I can compare Outlook 98 to Outlook 2000. Also, does anybody know a sites that give you ideas of how to use Outlook 2000. This information is required for people with basic Outlook skills but there are some that may have a bit more knowledge.
