Outlook 2000 pfbackup

I was asked to install pfbackup onto a laptop with win2k pro using outlook 2k, when I tried to install pfbackup I received a message that a previous installation had been detected. Do I wish to remove the previous (which is not working), answer YES,System unable to remove go to control panel and remove manually. The addin is not in the add/remove box and I have tried everything to remove no luck. Can anyone tell me how to remove pfbackup from the registry so that I can reinstall a new copy?
