Outlook 2000 Questions

First, does anybody know how to increase the reminder tme in Outlook 2000 to more than 2 days? i know in Outlook 2003 you can increase it up to 2 weeks, is it possible to do the same for Outlook 2000?

The second question is, is it possible to set reminder for public calendar (in the public folder) without having to copy the event to your personal calendar first? It seems like in order to set anything in the public calendar you must first copy it to your personal calendar first. Is there a way around this? Tlhanks!
