Outlook 2002

I know this is for Office 2000, but I didn’t see a category for Office XP. I’m trying to figure out how to setup Outlook 2002 to synch as soon as the laptop is docked and Outlook comes online. I know how to make it synch in intervals, on exiting, manually pressing F9, but I only want it to synch once… the moment it Outlook is online.

Any ideas?
