Outlook 2002

In the calander in Outlook 2002. I would like to send 2 months worth calander items to another user,I could share out my calander to these people but this is to much of a task. I have exported it to Excel but I feel these other users would find it hard to understand. Is there a way I could make a pst file of them 2 months and send them to another user in Outlook.

Create your pst file, create in it a folder for calendar items. Then, I find it’s easiest just to do and advanced find on your calendar for things starting in the past 2 months, do a select all and then do a Edit, Copy to Another Folder and copy them in.
