Outlook 2002 crag and drop won’t work

Operating System is Win XP Home; using MS Office 2002 on a HP computer-1GB RAM. I can’t drag and drop emails from my Inbox into personal folders anymore. Get error message: “Can’t move folder.” I would appreciate any help or suggestions you have to fix the problem. Thanks
