Outlook 2002 Group Email Question

We have set up a “Group Mailbox” for a team of developers. We granted default authorization to all members allowed to use this Group Mailbox. We would like for all emails sent from this mailbox to appear sent from the group mailbox name, but currently it shows the email author as the actual person sending it. Example….I (Bobby) open the group mailbox’s inbox. select nex email and send. the recipient sees the email was from Bobby not the Group Mailbox. I may have missed this somewhere but I’ve dug through everything I could find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
