Outlook 2002 Name

By jly0327 ·
I have a user that changed her last name. The username is jyoung and was changed to jcamp. In Outlook 2002 when you send her an email the name pops up correctly as John Camp, but after that is says: <jyoung> and I can?t figure out how to fix it.
Everything looks fine in active directory including the alias, which is listed as jcamp.

This is actually probably an email server issue, but you didn't give enough information to verify that. If I had to guess, what happened is the email administrator changed her email alias, but didn't change the email account itself.

But without knowing where your email is being hosted and what email server program is being used, this may or may not be the case.
