Outlook 2002 sends blank e-mail

Outlook 2002 w/sp2 on XP Pro. Using “BLANK” as background on her e-mails. On Exchange 2002.

I have a user that typed up a 1/2 page e-mail and sent it. The receiver said she got a blank e-mail. My user opened the e-mail in the sent items folder. The body of the e-mail was blank and the background image was now an attachment.

This user has sent the other person e-mail before.

The same user sent another e-mail and the receiver got a truncated e-mail. The message was also truncated in the sent items folder.

Totally lost on this one.
