Outlook 2002 with dual Hotmail accounts

I just installed Outlook 2002. I have 2 Hotmail accounts. I tried to add both of them to Outlook but it kept stalling and not connecting to the server. Is this a software issue with Outlook or is it because I am logging in under the first accountand then logging in under the second one.
