Outlook 2002/XP

I have a user that wants to set up a permanent/automatic bcc to herself. I’ve explained to her that all sent messages will be in her sent folder if she wanted to retrieve them at a later date. Nonetheless, she wants it. So can someone instruct me on how to go about doing this. Thanks. And they wonder why their mailbox is always so full:))
