outlook 2003

i have two outlook account, i want to open and view them all at once!! or open two different windows of outlook for two different e mail account at once!!
I can view only one ta a time!!
i have read and set and reset the setting with no success.
I have ask others if they have done it before but none of them had this idea of doing so before

any idea how?

You can set both the email ID in email account and set one is default for sending mail. When you click on send received all the mail will comes to one location.
