All the files and folders are in the .PST file

I assume you want to backup the information?

Every thing is stored in the .pst file. i.e. all mail sent and received, contacts, Diary etc.

The file is stored in a hidden folder so you must first make it visable.

Open My Computer, select TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW

scroll down and remove the ticks in HIDE PROTECTED OPERATING SYSTEM FILES.

Also Select SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

Now open the C: drive and browse to C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR PROFILE\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Copy the file OUTLOOK.PST

To restore it or transfer to another machine just copy the file into the same folder and over write the old one.

If you just need info from Outlook goto FILE, IMPORT/EXPORT and follow the wizard
