Outlook 2003 and forwarded mail

I have sent a copy of forwarded e-mails (in HTML, as set in Outlook) to myself to be sure the recipients received them looking the same way I got them. When I receive them back, they are not in HTML (default for my e-mails) anymore. Two questions, are those I’m forwarding to receiving them in HTML (it is set that way in Outlook), and if so, why am I not getting them back in HTML?

I have the same problem. The people you forward the message to will receive it HTML as long as it is formatted that way when it is sent. I have the same problem though, if i send ot a message and CC myself, the one that goes to me comes through in Plain Text, might be a default Outlook thing…
