Outlook 2003 Auto Complete

Ive taken over the support of a 25 user site (All XP Pro, using Outlook 2003)None of the users use Contacts or the address book, they rely on the auto complete function to remember the Email addresses.
Question: how do i get all Email addresses from Auto complete into either the address book or contacts.

Any one have any ideas.
