Outlook 2003 – changing the default search options

by kseannng . Updated 18 years, 5 months ago

I have a doctor that I am supporting. They have outlook 2003, the doctor wants to be able to search messages by entering in a sender’s name. I told him to go under advanced find and select all frequently used text. Which searches subject, sender, message, etc. The doctor said they were able to do that before by just entering in a search in that basic field without going into advanced find options. Also, they have search all text in each message check. I am not very knowledge with outlook 2003. Can someone tell me how to change the default search from just subject and message to select all frequently used text.
